Gwendolyn is a Registered Dietitian, an Integrative & Functional Nutritionist, certified LEAP therapist, and Live Food Chef. Gwen obtained her Masters of Public Health degree and Registered Dietitian certification from Loma Linda University. Her previous experience includes Director of Food & Nutrition in a hospital setting, and she continues to teach Clinical & Public Health Nutrition as a adjunct faculty member. Gwen blogs regularly, focusing on REAL food nutrition and the health benefits of fermented, organic probiotics and enzyme rich living foods.
